Manchester City and Spurs face off at the Etihad in a game that always promises to be exciting. Pep Guardiola’s side are second in the league, as the Citizen’s aim to win a record breaking fourth Premier League title in a row. Team News Crisis at Tottenham
Tottenham found themselves at the top of the league just a month ago, but they have suffered three defeats in a row, losing 4-1 to Chelsea, 2-1 to Wolves and Aston Villa respectfully.
They will be without some key players, James Maddison, Christian Romero, Micky Van De Ven, Yves Bissouma and Rodrigo Bentancur would all be expected to be playing in this match but will miss out due to either injury or suspension.
Without these players, there are limited options, especially at the back, where they may need the likes of Ben Davies and Eric Dier to fill in at centre back. With the players missing and their recent form, this will be very tough for Spurs.
