Manchester City have opened up as your 1/5 favourites whilst Crystal Palace are 14/1 to take 3 points away from the Etihad. It is going to be a big ask for the away team and I have some betting predictions for this fixture, but let’s take a look at the two teams credentials first.

Manchester City may not be in tip top form at the minute but they are still far superior to Crystal Palace and should be able to get the job done at home. The champions are struggling with consistency at the minute and aren’t as reliable at the back as they have been previously which does slightly open the door for Palace but ultimately, Manchester City should have too much fire power and will be very tough to beat at home.

Crystal Palace have been a team quite hard to break down in recent seasons but they seem to be having a few issues in defence recently. To counter this they have changed formation and are playing much more defensive football however this will make this fixture even more difficult for them to get a result out of with the squad that Manchester City have.
