Manchester City have closed the gap on the league leaders Liverpool and are now just two points behind and with a game in hand so a win here against Everton could see them go top of the table. They have really found their form since Kevin De Bruyne has been back in the squad and I think they are going to be hard to play again this week especially at home.

Everton had started this season playing some really good football, but in recent times their form has taken a significant turn for the worse. They had a handful of losses and have since drawn their last three fixtures and will need to find some form out of nowhere if they are to win here.

With the form of Manchester City at the moment, Everton are going to find it very hard to create goal scoring opportunities and that may be a big problem this week. The issue is that if Everton do try and attack they then become very vulnerable to the Manchester City counter attack.
