Only three teams have a 100% record as we enter week 7. San Francisco 49ers have won all of their six games this season, while the Kansas City Chiefs and Minnesota Vikings are both 5-0 after already having their bye week.
Out of the 32 teams in the NFL, only the Miami Dolphins have yet to win a single game. They are 0-5 and I cannot see a first win coming this weekend when they travel to face the New York Jets.
There are just 28 teams playing in week 7 with Washington Commanders, Buffalo Bills, Jacksonville Jaguars and LA Chargers on their bye week. It would still be impossible to write previews and distribute NFL betting tips on every single game. So, the remainder of this page will feature previews for some of the games I think will steal the show in week 7.
Our NFL tipster Dave Kuzio has written an NFL season betting preview as well as an NFL Acca for week 7. Check them both out.
Chicago Bears welcome the New England Patriots to Soldier Field this week with an identical record of 4-2. I am going for a home win in this game. Caleb Williams returned for the Bears last weekend as they defeated the Atlanta Falcons 31-23. It should have been more comfortable than the score line showed, but the Bears dropped off in the fourth quarter. Williams threw for 305 yards with one TD pass. His downside was that he was sacked four times. He cannot afford that to happen against the Pats. New England ran out 26-19 winners over the New York Jets last time out with Drake Maye throwing for 235 yards with three TD passes. The Bears defence will need to be on top form to get at Maye, which I think they are capable of doing. Having Williams back for the Bears is massive, if he can stay fit for the remainder of the season, then the Bears could go deep into the play-offs this season. I am backing the Bears to win with both Williams and Maye throwing over 250 yards and at least two TD passes each. When it comes to touchdowns, I am backing D'Andre Swift and Rhamondre Stevenson to both score TDs.
The Houston Texans have recovered from a poor start and are now unbeaten in their last two matches. They started 3-0 but grabbed their first win against Tennessee Titans and Jacksonville Jaguars. They upset the Jags with a walk-off field goal win at Wembley and they will be eager to make it three on the bounce when they welcome the New York Giants to the NRG Stadium. The Giants have hot a bit of a blip after winning three of their opening four matches. They took their 3-1 record into their NFC East clash with Washington Commanders but came out with a tie before losing 34-27 against the New Orleans Saints. The Giants are still without QB Jaxson Dart with Jameis Winston once again taking his place. Winston is a good player, but he is no Dart, and with five interceptions this season he can be a bit erratic. Texans QB CJ Stroud has thrown over 1700 yards this season with nine touchdown passes and just one interception. He is finding his feet this season, and I am backing him to lead the Texans to a third successive victory. I am backing Stroud to throw over 300 yards with over two TD passes, while I feel Winston will throw just one and over 200 yards.
The first touchdown of each game can be very crucial - just like a goal in football or a try in rugby league. Below are a selection of players we feel have a good chance of scoring the opening TD of the game, all odds are with BetMGM.
Sky Sports is the main broadcaster for NFL in the UK and they show one game on Thursday evening, three games on Sunday and one on Monday Night Football. They also have the Redzone show that covers every game so you do not miss a second of the scoring action.
Sky Sports like to pick their favourites to show live, so if you support an unpopular team, you might not feature on Sky very often in the season. The good news is that Bet365 will stream every single game live on their website or betting app.
You just need to have a funded account or have placed a bet 24 hours prior to be available. Bet365 is the home of NFL live streaming and you do not have to miss a minute of your teams season.
