Tottenham Hotspurs hosts Aston Villa in the first of Sky Sports Premier League double header on Sunday. Aston Villa have had a terrific start to the season, sitting in fifth place as they look to build on last season's Europa Conference League qualification. They have caught the eye with their high-risk high line, looking to press up the pitch and catch opponents offside. Their home form has been remarkable, winning six from six and scoring 23 goals in the process. The Villains boast the joint-best home record in the league with Liverpool. However, they have struggled on the road, picking up just seven points from six. Their points have come from wins at ten-man Chelsea and struggling Burnley, while also drawing with Wolves. The three away defeats came at the hands of Newcastle (5-1), Liverpool (3-0), and Nottingham Forest (2-0). Travelling away to a Tottenham side who have won four of their five home games, scoring 2+ in all these wins, may be a struggle for Villa.

Previous games between these sides have certainly provided entertainment, with at least two goals scored in the last 11 and at least three goals scored in seven of the last 11. The Villains did the double over Spurs last season, running out 2-0 winners in a heated game in North London on New Year's Day.
