Although this game is not quite a dead rubber, it does have that feel to it. After four straight losses, Tottenham have a mountain to climb and some to overtake Aston Villa and finish in the top four. 1 loss in eight games gave Burnley some hope of staying up, but a 4-1 capitulation against Newcastle saw any hopes dwindle, with the Clarets requiring a small miracle to stay up.
Ange Postecoglu was the talk of the town after his sides start to the season. Tottenham were playing entertaining, front foot football and scoring goals for fun. This style of play was alien to Spurs fans after some of the recent dross served up by more conservative managers.
However, their season has seemed to unravel in recent weeks. Their high line is causing them more good than bad. Spurs have conceded 13 in their last 4 games, failing to keep a clean sheet since the 10th of March.
Still, fifth place represents a solid first season for Postecoglu. He has set the foundations of a team that can compete towards the top of the table, but you feel more quality is needed to sustain this.
After storming to the Championship title with 101 points last season, optimism was rife in Burnley. Vincent Kompany had completley shifted the footballing culture and style of play at Turf Moor and Burnley looked great value to stay up.
However, the Clarets struggled to translate these dominant Championship performances into the Premier League. Kompany stuck to his principles and this ultimatley was their downfall as his players took a while to adapt from playing Rotherham to Manchester City.
Recent signs are positive though. Burnley have been competitive in matches, taking the game to the opponents - no matter who they are. The Clarets hierarchy are likely to remain patience with Vincent Kompany and trust him to lead them straight back up.

Tottenham have had the beating of Burnley over the years. Since their promotion to the Premier League, the sides have met 19 times, with Burnley winning just twice. A Heung-Min Son inspirsed Tottenham ran riot at Turf Moor in September as they emerged 2-5 victors. Spurs also edged the FA Cup meeting in January, thanks to a 78th minute Pedro Porro goal.
Tottenham are rightly priced as 1.33 favourites to win the game, a price way too short to back on it's own. However, there does appear to be value backing Tottenham to win and Both Teams To Score.
Despite the four losses in a row, Tottenham still look in a good place to finish fifth place, needing five points from Burnley, Manchester City and Sheffield United to secure Europa League football, even if Newcastle do win all three remaining games.
In these four defeats, goals have remained a constant. Tottenham have scored four goals and conceded 13 in these matches. They've kept just six clean sheets all season, with four of these coming in their opening nine games. Postecoglu's side have also failed to score in just three Premier League games - coming away at Fulham, Newcastle and Chelsea.
They've won 12 and lost five of their 17 home games, seeing an average of 3.53 goals. 10 of these wins have seen both teams to score - the exceptions a 2-0 win over Fulham (1.03 xGa) and over Manchester United (2.07 xGa).
Burnley have had a torrid season thus far and anything but a win on Saturday relegates them straight back to the Championship. Despite this, Vincent Kompany's side have lost just twice in nine games, scoring in eight of the last nine. With it being last chance saloon, expect Burnley to go all out.
