Not even the most optimistic Spurs fan would have predicted their team would be top of the table after ten games. But thanks to the new, attacking style of play introduced by Postecoglou, Spurs have looked like a team transformed. However, last weekend’s turgid 0-2 defeat at home to Brentford was reminiscent of the Blues’ early season performances and will have left boss Mauricio Pochettino scratching his head.

Pochettino needs to find some consistency in order to avoid another wasted season at Stamford Bridge. A big win at their rivals would be the perfect place to start.
