Born to Punt by Steve Palmer (Racing Post golf columnist) was a big one for me growing up, both as a fun, easy to read title but also as a cautionary tale about the perils of over-staking.
The Logic of Sports Betting and Interception by Ed Miller and Matt Davidow are great for the modern sports betting era.
